Founded in 1986 by Amado “Al” Acosta, Megatran’s first major project was won in a public bid with the City of Coral Gables. Shortly after, the company began working with South Florida’s largest and well established utilities companies such as Florida Power & Light and BellSouth. For more than 20 years, Megatran has continued to provide outstanding service and support to its clients. Their top managers and principals together, have 200 years of experience.
